Born in Hanover in 1887, Kurt Schwitters was an important contributor to the Surrealist and Constructivist movements. His collages featured scraps of paper and packaging — the discards of society reflecting the decline in economic and political stability following WWI. A hand-selected piece from the exclusive partnership between Rosenstiels and Four Hands. Rosenstiels is a family-owned art publisher known for producing high-quality prints, limited editions and wall art, based in London since 1880. Handmade in Austin, Texas.
