Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Matho Home, every order is handled with care. Many of our pieces are sourced, reserved, or ordered specifically for each client, so we ask that all customers review their selections, dimensions, finishes, fabrics, and delivery details carefully before completing a purchase.
General Return Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise approved in writing by Matho Home.
Because our products include furniture, custom pieces, art, lighting, rugs, bedding, accessories, and special-order items, returns are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Returns
A return may be considered only if:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
The item was not custom, made-to-order, final sale, clearance, consignment, or special order.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% to 35%, depending on the vendor, item type, and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Made-to-order items
Special orders
Consignment pieces
Artwork
Mirrors
Lighting
Rugs
Bedding, pillows, inserts, and textiles
Clearance or discounted items
Items that have been assembled, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items picked up or delivered in good condition and later reported damaged outside the claim window
Damages & Claims
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery or pickup.
Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported to Matho Home in writing within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage.
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement, repair, credit, or refund.
If an item arrives damaged and the claim is approved, Matho Home will work with the customer and vendor to offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement
Store credit
Partial refund, if applicable
Refunds are only issued when approved by Matho Home and/or the vendor.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the item has not yet been processed, reserved, ordered, shipped, or placed into production.
Once an order has been processed, approved, shipped, reserved, or custom-made, it cannot be canceled.
Custom orders and special orders are non-cancelable once confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping, delivery, installation, assembly, and service fees are non-refundable.
Store Credit
When applicable, Matho Home may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may be used toward future purchases of furniture, decor, or design services and does not expire unless otherwise stated in writing.
Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for confirming that all furniture will fit through doors, elevators, stairways, hallways, and the final room location before delivery.
Matho Home is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Additional delivery, redelivery, storage, or handling fees may apply.
Final Approval
By placing an order with Matho Home, the customer confirms that all product details, measurements, finishes, pricing, and delivery information have been reviewed and approved.
