Details: Brushed brass finish with smoke glass. Historic provenance: from The Met x Eichholtz collection, inspired by the leaf motifs on a composite papyrus capital (380 to 343 BCE) from the Egyptian temple of Amun at Hibis, in the Kharga Oasis. Now housed at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the ancient capital incorporates the common papyrus and foxtail flatsedge plants.
