The Met x Eichholtz; brushed-brass finish; smoke glass; elegant ridged elements in homage to classical fluting; height can be adjusted to suit your space. Historic provenance: inspired by a marble fluted Ionic column (ca. 300 BCE) from the Greek Temple of Artemis at Sardis, a highlight of The Met's Greek and Roman Art collection. The massive column section stood over 58 feet tall in its original location and shows delicate foliate carvings on the capital, a unique feature among the surviving columns from the temple.
